This doesn't work well if you have below-waist length hair and about twice the thickness of hers. She has very little hair.
Anyone else struggling with thin hair and hair that doesn't lay right? No matter what I do I cannot have hair like this without huge gaps where you can see my scalp and my hair sticks out weirdly when I try to put it in a high hairstyle. I thought I just sucked at doing anything with my hair but it turns out I just don't have hair.

girls with naturally structured hair (curly or wavy) dont need this tutorial, cause they make this messy bun effortlessly. girls with straight hair first need to prep their hair that is make them at least wavy as you do, for them nothing effortless in this bun 😂
