Does anyone know the name of the floor lamps she bought to create the floor pillar

Holy moly this is the best wedding hacks on budget I’ve seen so far. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. The backdrop sequence idea was far cheaper than having a floral covered one and the portable backlights and monogram light and starry starts light were amazing.

Jaime – you did Maaarvalous – this Billy Crystal 😊. I've been a Marie Maas fan since she started RMW way back when. She's just lovely. And thanks to her ingenuity, I've had many successful events by using her company. Great post.

We found his recreation center at his Senior mobile home park is available for $100 for 24 hours. Liquor and smoking okay. But, it's hideous to me. Completely modern and sterile, may work with a boho wedding since there's lots of Terracotta and grey. They have ikea corporate lunch room chairs and fold out tables. I bought everything for my wedding already vintage/ Victorian style and I have scrap everything and start all over. I'm in tears because I didn't and still don't want a boho wedding. Don't get me wrong they look amazing and absolutely gorgeous, it's just not me. I'm lost now because I'm not even excited to style boho. I have a bunch of antique ornate decor and Mia match China.

My Venue promised so much and I need to add my own string lights to the venue barn, maybe some more ideas for upper decor to make it. Pre
Cozy.

watching this because I'm now chair of the board that controls our church hall. we got married in the beautiful 100 year old church 25 years ago and there was no way I was using the hall. the original hall had burned down and a new one built in the 70s, designed by an engineer, on 2 floors with the reception room in the basement and offices rented out on top. the walls were done in cinder block and wood paneling, but with city fire codes they had to paint the panelling…they chose green to go with the orange plastic chairs. since the ceilings are only 10 feet high there is no way to disguise the ceiling tiles.

anyways we found another venue that only cost $100 more, all cream and white with high ceilings and it was also wheelchair accessible…which was a must for our family. The rest of the board simply doesn't understand that having a cheap but ugly hall is not doing anyone a favour because people have to pay so much for decorations to cover up the flaws. some of the chairs had to be replaced so I got them to go for black and I'm working on getting chair covers. we just installed an elevator and now it's time to consider more options because a nice hall would bring money into the church and help families out when they need to host an event. hopefully a one time purchase by us would help make this happen.

I posted this so that anyone who might be planning a building or renovations will consider these issues. cheap isn't always better. at least this space had high ceilings and was accessible. I think we have some problems that only dynamite could solve.

This was beautiful!! I love that you did it on a budget! Any ideas for a budget wedding on the beach? Thinking on doing it in the sand and then a reception at a restaurant or something low-cost. Thanks in advance. Love your content!! Thinking on May 7th or 8th on the gulf coast wedding. We are wanting the cheapest we can get at sunset and it still be nice 50-100 people.

Trying to steal my job!? 😂😂😂 jk. Pro tip, though. If there's wind behind your drape or the gaps won't stay closed for whatever reason, you can close them up with binder clips from behind. Just don't do it too tight or it'll look unnatural
