if you have no savings is it best to just forgo a wedding all together? i want a nice wedding but dont think i can justify all that money for one day.. maybe the dax and kristen wedding is ideal.

Well…seeing as there is NO WAY that 10% of my budget could ever find me a photographer, I'm going to need to mess around with these numbers. But thanks for a basic breakdown to base a budget off of.

Can you do a video or post about budgeting for being a bridesmaid? Going to a bachelorette party?

Great recommendations! I am a wedding photographer in Indiana and I would say most of my brides book a photography package that is 15% – 20% of their budget!

This couldn't have come at a better time! My boyfriend of 6 years and I got engaged on Dec 31st and without knowing it, I've been following your budget guide 😉 Thanks for the help! Now – how do you handle the uncontrollable family members invited to this wedding? I'm sure that's for another video LOL

Me and my fiancé are getting married march 15.  she is doing a lot of this and has the budget the honeymoon and flight are set. she has got the budget down really well because she is one of the biggest Dave Ramsey fans I know. she has the 13 week online fpu course I watched the videos.  but we also just signed up for the 9 week in person course going tonight. This will end the week of our wedding.  A great tip for the ring is to go to a diamond wholesaler.  the ring I got for my fiancé is about 3 times what I paid for it at retail we are talking a few thousand dollars.
