I liked how practical this video was and didn't take an unhealthy standpoint on how to get in shape as some others do. Minute 15:40 is when he recommends 5 exercises to help tone specific areas.
I love how he always says "it depends!" because it is so true π
My fiance and I have started doing stronglifts 5×5 2-3 times a week. Great, no-nonsense program. Very manageable – only 3 exercises on a given day. Focuses on lifting heavier weight fewer reps. Takes 30 – 45 minutes.
