I've got those Le Creuset and they're great. I recommend using only wood and silicone utensils with them as metal utensils scratch the pans up over time.

this is so random but Alex, the best garlic crusher is honestly the one from IKEA. I've been through several garlic crushers before landing on it. I too always kept buying ones from tkmaxx thinking they were better quality.
