Don’t forget attire. Me and my fiance are getting grilled for not listing attire expectations

I am dreading this part of the process. One of my husband's friends has SEVEN CHILDREN and they're horrible! He's a childhood friend and we really want him there but it's hard with his bus load of devil spawn. The issue is that we're having the wedding at a themed festival and we would have to pay for ALL NINE of them if we invite the family. Other families are on the smaller side and I wouldn't mind paying for their children's entrance fees but to have all 9 it would cost us $500 just for them even though I dislike 7 of them 😅.
If you know how I would be able to successfully get away with inviting only the parents while being ok with inviting everyone else's let me know. I really want to hear what you have to say 😅

But what about guest coming in from out of town. They would need time to find flights etc

How about electronic invitations? Have you seen couples opt for digital invitations instead of stationary/mailed invitations? If so, what are some tips?
