I don't understand why his shutter speed is so high 1/2000 or 1/3000? I thought 1/300 is fast enough

Yo Taylor, just wanted to let you know your videos are class. I love your down to earth humour and advice. I struggle a bit with the stress of the wedding day (I've been a photographer for years but only done 3 weddings so far) but you're totally right, you sometimes just have to accept you've done your best with the light you have and not try to get perfection. How does he record the 'behind the scenes' video? It's not attatched to the camera, so i'm curious how i'd go about doing the same
