thank you for these tips
I think your content and points are great. I only really dislike point 8: going black and white when mixed light occurs. I get, you fix it. But not really. There is ways to actually fix it. In post you can do a lot, especially with the latest LR masking updates. But also, using flash and modifying the scene.
Where is the shot list if I may ask ???????
Where’s the shot list 😢
on my side equipments are much costing but have to work hard😁😀😀
you just hit m photography system on n0 2 …..um even renting for now but um doing it
I absolutely love your advice! I strive to be you. Thank you for being uniquely helpful. You make big time photography seem realistic.
Great Video!
What set up do you use to record these videos?
Amazing tips. I could tell you some my stories about backup trousers or sunscreen 😀 You have one new subscriber:)
"if you're using popup flash, don't" lol. so subtle
Focal length formals is also applicable in case of lens n camera inbuild image stabilisation ?????
Thanks
Backup Dancers!!
Taylor is a GOAT 100 Top G for real
Great video. I skipped the bug spray for a shooting last tuesday and now I've learned a lot about removing red skin tones instead ;-).
Thanks so much!!
Thank man
Hey Taylor. I was looking for your shot list can you tell me how to get it ? Than you. Mike
Thanks a TON <3 Love from India…
Thanks so much!! you are such an amazing photographer and someone to look up. thanks for all the time and info you share. The last thing you said, "this is kind of a dream job, just reflect on the day….. have the sister's wedding… ". I actually did a wedding last year and 3 of the bridesmaids were recently engaged, all three of them contacted me and two booked me. The third bridesmaid was interested on a date I was already booked for. I could not believe it!! all three! and one of the guest bought a family gift certificate!! They all commented on the experience they had. Most definitely one of the most important points you mentioned. 🙂
Just as a tip with LEDs. I’m America, LEDs flicker at 60hz so you want to use a shutter speed of 60 or a multiple of that. Everywhere else in the world I think is 50hz.
Great tips. I do sports not weddings but still found this really helpful
@Taylor Jackson I live down the road from you. Where can I rent gear besides vistek?
favorite part of this – "if you're using pop up flash, don't."
Thanks for the tips
Bug spray: if it contains deet beware of it getting near to your photo kit. It smeared the manufacturer’s printing on my light meter!
Good info Taylor….weddings still terrify me!!
Thanks for all your content, it's SO helpful! I've booked my first wedding for August 2022 which is super exciting but also a bit terrifying as I totally don't feel ready yet! (I've only seconded at one wedding and this booking came from a recommendation from one of the guests at that wedding) I currently only have one camera body and a 35mm 1.8 and 85mm 1.8, I'm going to try an buy another camera body but I think I'll need to rent a lens, would a 70-200 be the best? I also need to figure out flashes as I've only worked with natural light up to now but the venue is notoriously dark…not really sure where to start with it all!
