Get a kindle paper white it’s better for travel
My must have is a blanket and a jacket and the neck pillow. What I do is use the table and the pillow and put my face down into the hole like a spa bed. I can deal with an aching/kinked back than a kinked neck. I also have terrible blood circulation. I could sit with my legs stretch in front of me and it’ll fall asleep. I’ll also start having extremities fall asleep if I’m idle for too long and then I get really cold. So I always have to have a jacket and a blanket.

You should try travelling with only a carry on backpack. It'll change your life since it seems like you worry quite a lot about losing your checked luggage which is normal.
